Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pay per view
Each payment lets you watch one title once. The title is available the moment you pay, so a payment cannot be cancelled or refunded once you have started watching.
When we refund
If you were charged and the title did not unlock, were charged twice for the same title, or could not watch because of a fault on our side, write to support@example.test within 7 days with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.
How long it takes
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Subscriptions
A subscription is a one-time payment for a fixed period. It does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. Unused time is not refunded.
Failed payments
If a payment fails but money left your account, your bank returns it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
